Who needs this course?

This course is designed to cover the skills and knowledge required to provide general assistance in a bar area. It includes the skills to clean and tidy bars and public areas, including collecting glasses and beverages.

Course outline:

• Clean bar and equipment
• Clean and maintain public areas
  

Prerequisites:

Students must be at least 18 years of age
Successful completion of SITHFAB009A - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

Duration:

This training is conducted face to face over 2 hours.

Course outcome

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
