This course is specifically designed to enable people to meet their legal obligations when working near overhead powerlines.  Satisfactory completion of this course will give you the technical knowledge required by the Electrical Safety Act for you to be considered an “authorised person”. You will gain the required knowledge to protect yourself from serious injury or death when working near exposed live electrical.

 

This course can be delivered face to face (6 hours).You are able to download the course material, and complete at your own pace. The cost of this is $80.00 per student. Simply download the learning material, complete the assessment, send your assessment to our office for assessing. As soon as you have been deemed competent, your induction card will be mailed out to you straight away. If you require your card number the same day you complete your assessment, simply call our staff and they will organise to have your assessment marked and a card number issued.
