 Who needs this course?
This course is specifically designed to enable people to meet their legal obligations when working near overhead powerlines. Satisfactory completion of this course will give you the technical knowledge required by the Electrical Safety Act for you to be considered an “authorised person”. You will gain the required knowledge to protect yourself from serious injury or death when working near exposed live electrical. This course can be delivered face to face (6 hours) or via distance education.

- Manage Emergency Situations
- Risk Management
- Identify Power-Line Voltages
- Contacting Power-Line Owners
Accreditation:
Competent students will receive a Statement of Attendance, and an AT&SI Electrical Safety Awareness white card.
