Who needs this course?

This course is designed to cover the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to carry out bar operations in a range of hospitality enterprises. It involves the service of a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages commonly found in a bar. It does not include the making of espresso coffee.

• Prepare Bar for Service
• Take Drink Orders
• Prepare and Serve Drinks
• Close Down Bar Operations
  

Prerequisites:

Students must be at least 18 years of age
Successful completion of SITHFAB009A - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

Duration:

This training is conducted face to face over 4 hours.
