Who needs this course?

This course is designed to cover the skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol and to satisfy the requirements for responsible sale, service and supply of alcohol (RSA) under state or territory legislation.

Course outline:

• Serve or sell alcohol responsibly
• Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
• Assess alcohol affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
• Refuse to provide alcohol

This training is conducted face to face over 4 hours.

National Accreditation:

This course is nationally accredited as (SITHFAB009A) Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol and satisfies all requirements of the Queensland Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing to work in the QLD hospitality industry.

Course outcome

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment from AT&SI, accredited by the Queensland Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.
