Who needs this course?

This course is designed to cover the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services, and information to customers who require assistance with their problem gambling.

Course outline:

• Provide responsible service of gambling
• Provide information and assistance to customers about problem gambling

Prerequisites:

Students must be at least 18 years of age.

Duration:

This training is conducted face to face over 6 hours.

National Accreditation:

This course is nationally accredited as (SITHGAM006A) Provide Responsible Gambling Services and satisfies all requirements of the NSW Casino, Liquor & Gaming Control Authority to work in the NSW gaming industry.

Course outcome

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment from AT&SI and a Casino, Liquor & Gaming Control Authority Certificate.
