 Course Outline:
This training course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with state/territory legislation including: - Identifying customers whom service may be refused service
- Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Assisting customers to drink within appropriate limits
- Assisting alcohol affected customers
