Under new legislation, the AQTF approved RSA course is for persons working in the state of Queensland excluding the central brisbane area goverend by the Brisbane City Council.

Course Outline:

This training course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with state/territory legislation including:

• Identifying customers whom service may be refused service
• Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly
• Assisting customers to drink within appropriate limits
• Assisting alcohol affected customers

Any person working in an environment where alcohol is served should undergo this training.

This training can be conducted face to face (6 hours) or via correspondence.
